In 2013, Alliance Offshore Group Ltd （AOG）was established as the wholly-owned subsidiary of CMIC. AOG's primary business is asset management of offshore platforms and has a wholly-owned brand Alliance Offshore Drilling Pte. Ltd. (AOD). Its joint venture Wealthy Marvel Enterprises Limited (WME) owns 6 CJ-46 jack-up rigs, bare charted to SMS and Shelf Drilling.
