On October 21, to welcome the victory of the 20th CPC Congress, CMIC organized the staff of functional departments of TSC China, CM GHT and the CMIC Science and Technology Innovation Research Institute to go to Laoshan Scenic Area and Laoshan Academy to carry out the company activities with the theme of "Welcome the 20th Congress, climb the famous mountain on the sea and visit the sacred place of national learning". On the one hand, the activities actively paid attention to the development of employees' mental health, increased their welfare, enriched their cultural life and enhanced their happiness; on the other hand, the activities further promoted and deepened the communication and exchange among employees, strengthened the team cooperation atmosphere, improved the team cohesion and combat power, effectively strengthened the construction of corporate culture and ESG practice, and realized the common personal value of employees and corporate value. The first stop was Laoshan.

The first stop of the event was the Laoshan Giant Peak, commonly known as "Laoding", which is 1133 meters above sea level and is the highest mountain on the 18,000 km coastline of mainland China. CMIC staffs hiked up the mountain, explored the beautiful scenery of Giant Peak, relaxed, experienced the history and culture of Laoshan and natural scenery, and also felt the importance of environmental protection. The second stop of the event is Laoshan Academy, on top of the cultural background of Confucianism, Taoism and Buddhism, more than ten venues in the park are reasonably distributed and set up, while the complete transplantation of precious old houses from Laozi's hometown in Anhui; the Taoist thought as a cultural symbol buttressed to Laoshan Academy, coupled with the natural resources of Laoshan Academy and the power of Confucianism, Buddhism and Taoism, to build a habitat for oriental cultural experience. The corporate culture of CMIC is based on the excellent Chinese traditional culture, and is continuously enhanced through innovation, forming core values and becoming an important foundation for corporate development.
