On October 23, 2023, the inauguration ceremony of CM Energy’s Eastern Headquarters and China Merchants TSC Offshore Tech was successfully held in Haimen, Nanatong, where the new campus is located.

China Merchants TSC Offshore Tech is the energy equipment division of the three major business divisions of CM Energy, the relocation of the production and operation center to Haimen will grasp the historical opportunity of the Third Venture of China Merchants Group, gives full play to the synergistic effect with China Merchants Industry Holding, and stepping on the new stage of development to increase its own R&D and production with a brand new outlook and to help industrial upgrading and domestic substitution, actively practicing the national green energy development, and promoting the process of building the world's leading green energy technology company by CM Energy.

Haimen is located close to the Yangtze River mouth of the golden waterway and water transportation is well developed due to the easy connection to most economy areas, which not only have a large number of related industrial chain supporting enterprises, potential order synergies are significant, but also in the center of the manufacturing industry cluster in southern Jiangsu Province, which is conducive to the production of R & D and manufacturing supporting the supply chain purchasing; and the surrounding renewable energy equipment manufacturing leading enterprises are more and more, easy to form an industrial cluster effect on the development of energy equipment business and has a significant regional and local advantages.
