On November 22, CM Hydrogen Technology (Qingdao) Co., Ltd (CM Hydrogen), a wholly-owned subsidiary of CM Energy, and Wuhan Zongyu Power System Technology Co., Ltd (Zhongyu) signed a Strategic Cooperation Agreement to join forces in hydrogen fuel cell system, storage of hydrogen from renewables, fuel cell station for power balance and other comprehensive energy secors, green methanol or hydrogen and other green energy production, to leverage advantages of both parties, and to promote the synergistic development mode of comprehensive integration, so as to expand the market share and influence of each party, and to realize a win-win situation.
