On November 21, CM Hydrogen, a wholly-owned subsidiary of CM Energy, and Guangzhou China Resources formally signed a cooperation agreement at the sub-session for CMI of World Maritime Merchants Forum, in which the two parties will continue to carry out in-depth cooperation in hydrogen, green shipping, and integrated green energy, and will give full play to their respective strengths, and combine with their industrial layouts and orientations, in order to jointly push forward the transformation and development of the two parties' green energy businesses.
