Recently, the signing ceremony between Haier Haisi (Xi'an) Control Technology Co.(HHCT), a wholly-owned subsidiary of CM Energy (0206.HK), and CTW (Tianjin) Offshore Engineering Co., Ltd. on 2 sets of jacking system of jack-up platforms was successfully held at the headquarters of CTW in Tianjin, China.
Mr Zhan Huafeng, Executive Director and Executive President of CM Energy, and Mr Huang Xuefei, Chairman of CTW, signed the contract on behalf of two parties. Jia Guoxing, General Manager of CTW, and Wang Zhaogang, Consultant of CTW, Mr Chen Yunqiang, Vice President of CM Energy, and Mr Wu Jingwei, General Manager of HHCT, were present at the event. This contract has delivered the message strongly that the technology and quality of the complete jacking system provided by HHCT for CTW has been widely recognized by the market and customers, which includs VFD control system, jacking unit and rack and pinions.
The two companies have a long history of partnership. HHCT has begun to provide CTW with many sets of the same type of jack-up platform jacking system equipment since 2018.
